Mom of Tyreke Borel, teenager taken and murdered during J’Ouvert, requested him to work from house instead of going to festival

Mom of 17-year-old Tyreke Borel said through weeping Thursday that she’d informed her son to work for J’Ouvert, but the teenager had was adament on becoming a member of the revelry where he was taken and murdered.
