MANAGUA, Nicaragua — A 25-year-old lady kicked the bucket Tuesday after she was tossed into a fire to drive “devils” from her body, Nicaraguan experts stated, citing witnesses as saying she was stripped exposed, blazed and tossed into a chasm.
Authorities said the lady, Vilma Trujillo Garcia, endured smolders more than 80 percent of her body.
Prosecutors said zealous minister Juan Gregorio Rocha Romero and four other individuals had been captured.
Rocha Romero denied wrongdoing, telling the daily paper La Prensa that the lady fell into the fire without anybody pushing her and an evil spirit left her body.
The casualty’s significant other, Reynaldo Peralta Rodriguez, said the mother of two was taken inside a congregation a week ago when individuals thought she was had after supposedly attempting to assault individuals with a cleaver.
“It’s unforgiveable what they did to us. They murdered my significant other, the mother of my two minimal ones,” he said. “Presently what am I going to let them know?”
The family lived in the devastated mining township of Rosita, around 300 miles (480 kilometers) upper east of Managua.
The Assemblies of God, the congregation to which Rocha allegedly had a place, issued an announcement denying that Rocha Romero was one of its pioneers.
